I had my car taken there and had major work done it. They have great customer service! It is a drive from where I live to get there, but it is defiantly worth it! They have saved me thousand's of dollars! I usually deal with Tim, but everyone there is AWESOME!!!

Honest and Knowledgeable I had an issue with something hanging down under my car. After having another place “fix” it only to have the problem reoccur minutes later I decided to call Clear Lake Auto Service. I had taken my former vehicle to them many years ago. The man I spoke with was very kind and helpful. In the afternoon Tim greeted me promptly and my car was fixed faster than I imagined. They did not charge me as it turned out to be a minor issue. This completely made my day after having been stressed from my experience at the other place.

Excellent Value for Professional Service I highly recommend Clear Lake Auto. The mechanics are talented, the management and office staff are friendly and professional. As a woman “of a certain age”🌝, I am so reassured to have full-service and trustworthy garage so conveniently located.

I’ve taken several vehicles here over the course of about 20 years and have always had a good experience. Today was no different—I had to take my car in for warranty work (adjustment on a linkage cable CLA replaced a few months ago) and Phillip was able to squeeze the repair in between other work being done so that I did not
have to leave the car there over the holiday or arrange for transportation home and then back to the shop, as I live just outside of the shuttle service range offered. Thanks for the amazing service!

I visited Clear Lake Auto Service today to fix one of the windshield wipers while it’s raining. Mr. Tim told me to stay inside and he went out in the rain to take a look. Then he took care of it in five minutes.
I truly appreciate that they are so personal. It means a lot to a lady who has very little knowledge about cars!

We have been customers for over 32 yrs. They have always taken good care of our cars and treated us fairly. It was heartbreaking to hear of Bobby's passing....
but I'm sure his wife will carry on his excellent work.

I called this place on my break on Saturday to see if they could repair my headlight socket. I was told to bring in my SUV and they would take a look for me. Luckily, it was able to be fixed, and in a timely manner- despite being a busy Saturday! These guys know what they’re doing. I’d like to give a shout out to the whole team, everyone was so welcoming and helpful! Will definitely come back if I need any other work done. 👌🏻

I am so thankful for Clear Lake Auto. They were my second opinion after another repair shop that was trying to take advantage of me; but Tim, Phillip, and the rest of the staff were professional and accommodating of my need. My car is running better than before, and they are Hybrid friendly too! Would definitely recommend!

I experienced positive and friendly service from the moment I walked into this establishment. I was greeted and I felt very welcomed. Mr. Tim was honest & transparent with the details regarding my vehicle. I had to leave my car overnight, which was kinda scary at first, but when I got it back the next day, it was in great condition as when I left it. So No worries there at all! I will definitely be back for service on my car. I appreciate the recommendations as well. Thanks again Tim for everything, looking forward to getting my vehicle inspected, as it is long over due!

Clearlake auto is a great local auto service provider, I have taken my vehicle there twice for minor things and the staff is very helpful. I felt like they are reasonably priced and they were even able to replace the bolts on my license plate.

I'm new to the area and had a battery light come on so I read their reviews and went with Clear Lake Auto Service. I am impressed, they got my car in quickly and had it repaired within a day. They didn't try to upsell me on unneeded services. The prices were fair and reasonable . When I went to pick-up my car, it had even been washed. I will use them again!

Took Mazda 5 in for motor mounts. Tim took great care of me. Found me better motor mounts than what they were originally going to put in. Tim has the best customer service out there. Very friendly and honest. I will continue taking my vehicles here.

Phenomenal Service I’ve been taking all my cars to Clear Lake Auto the past 8 years and have always got great service. I recently took in my 2015 Toyota RAV4 with 115k miles on it for an oil change and thinking I was going to need new rear brake pads (had the original pads on). Tim and his crew not only checked and confirmed they were still good, but also took me to the back so I could visually see the pads. Great service as always!

Quick, explained everything really well - even to me as someone who knows nothing about cars, very friendly.

Had to bring my old car back in for an unrelated issue. They did such a good job the first time I knew immediately I'd return for this new issue. Tim went above and beyond even staying late once to continue explain the repairs necessary. I highly recommend

Was super nice about helping me replace my headlight. Had stopped at a few places before them and either was told they couldn’t or nobody was in the shop. Very little wait as well.

Mechanical Inspection Took our vehicle in to have them look at prior mechanic’s work! After a quick and thorough inspection, we got the info we needed, NO CHARGE! When we get this all ironed out will definitely seek them out to get the work done correctly! Just an awesome, honest experience!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Tim has THE BEST customer service. Everyone is super friendly. They’re reasonable priced and do great work. They stay busy because they have a great reputation. Highly recommend!

Great job Good service is expensive but in the long run it's cheaper. I recommend using people that care about their work and quality of work.

Had them fix up a car my baby sister bought and they are incredible! They fixed it nearly brand new! They made sure the car was clean. And they even dropped it off for us in the end. I don’t think I’ll ever choose another shop as long as they’re around. Philip and Allen are the best!

First time coming here. Did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews. Couldn’t find anything negative about this place. Put the old Mazda 5 in for intake manifold gasket, reseal fuel injectors and replace MAF sensor. Decently priced and car is running great. Friendly team and communication is very straightforward. Gotta take it back to have all motor mounts to be done next. Very pleased with this place.

A/C Repair Excellent customer service👍My 2005 Pontiac Vibe was having problem with A/C. The staff were welcoming and professional. Special thanks to Tim. He explained the problem in detail and provided a clear estimate for the repair costs, including parts and labor.
I'm very satisfied with the service. The repair was done efficiently, the staff were knowledgeable and friendly, and the cost was reasonable given the quality of the work. I would definitely recommend this repair shop to anyone in need of A/C repairs.
